Об этом он заявил журналистам во время брифинга на открытии детского сада в Соломенском районе Киева.
"В этом году мы выйдем на уровень сдачи жилья примерно 10 млн кв м. Это почти вдвое больше, чем в прошлом году, и в разы больше, чем в 2008-2009 годах. Планируем выходить на уровень сдачи жилья примерно 15 млн кв м" , - сказал Азаров.

Ведь все в экономике и стране взаимосвязано", - отметил чиновник.
Также премьер сообщил, что правительство рассматривает вопрос собственников жилья.
"Мы обсуждали вопрос объединения собственников жилья. Это очень важная организационная форма, которая позволит по-хозяйски относиться к жилью. Вот мы отдали на приватизацию квартиры, а кто же стал владельцем дома и сети? Нужно, чтобы человек чувствовал себя владельцем не только квартиры, но и всего дома", - подчеркнул Азаров.

НБУ продолжает валить доллар
В то же время, на пятницу, 8 мая, регулятором был установлен курс на уровне 771,5600 гривны за 100 долларов вместо ставшего привычным за последние месяцы курса 770,0000.
В конце апреля НБУ решил устанавливать официальный курс гривны к доллару на основании результатов торгов на межбанковском валютном рынке.
Таким образом, теперь "официальный курс гривны рассчитывается к доллару США по курсу, который определяется как средневзвешенный курс продавцов и покупателей на межбанковском валютном рынке Украины, который сложился за предыдущий рабочий день, с возможным отклонением плюс-минус (+, -) 2%".
Соответствующие изменения Нацбанк внес в пункт 3 "Положения об установлении официального курса гривны к иностранным валютам и курса банковских металлов", утвержденного Постановлением НБУ N496 от 12 ноября 2003 года. Как отмечают в Нацбанке, такие изменения приняты в соответствии с требованиями в рамках соглашения "стенд-бай" между Украиной и Международным валютным фондом (МВФ).

It shouldn't be something you force on yourself; otherwise it is not something you are going to adhere to for very long. It should be regarded as a new life style, a healthy life style that you are going to enjoy for the rest of your life.
Unless you enjoy the process, you won't be able to discipline yourself for very long. You will give up before achieving the desired result.
That is why it is so important to start your journey for the right reason: because you have a strong desire to do it and you will do it for yourself and for your own reasons. You are not doing this for someone else.
If you wish to succeed to manage your weight and maintain the desired weight, it can only be for yourself.
Human nature does not like change very much.
Unless we prepare ourselves to the change, it is going to be a constant battle between our current habits and the result we are looking for. Much too often our habits won the battle.
It should not be a battle.
It should be a well prepared program where you take your habits into account. Habits can be changed, habits can be nurtured and habits can be acquired.
The point is that, unless we have a health problem, most of us had a healthy weight, what is called our ideal weight, at one point in our life. Then the weight started to grow. And unless we took care of the extra weight it just accumulated.

To lose weight takes effort in fact it will take you a minimum of losing 3,500 calories to shed to lose one pound in any given week. However, when you start eating more nutrient dense foods and working out you will feel fuller longer and lose weight a lot quicker than you would have thought.
The super foods tend to balance each other out.

Станет ли ипотека в Украине доступной?
Возобновление выдачи ипотечных займов зависит от нескольких факторов.
«Во-первых, полноценно ипотека в Украине может вернуться после того, как будут приняты все необходимые законы, связанные с продажей квартиры, которая находится в залоге, — говорит Андрей Ковтун, — Речь идет о законопроекте 9124, который должен разъяснить, на каких условиях банк может выселить заемщика из квартиры, находящейся в залоге, до суда».
Законопроект разработан, но еще не принят депутатами. Вторым условием для возврата ипотечного кредитования, по словам Антона Шаперенкова, станет возвращение в банковскую систему достаточного количества гривни, которую можно будет использовать для кредитования. Ведь сейчас банкам просто нечем кредитовать.

«Плюс к тому, в начале года Нацбанк может начать предоставлять им гривневые кредиты под более низкие проценты, — говорит Александр Жолудь. — Все эти факторы будут способствовать тому, что ипотека станет доступнее».

Устоят ли киевские дома при землетрясении?
Киевский архитектор Вячеслав Терняев, принимавший участие в проектировании столичных жилмассивов, убежден: украинская недвижимость не готова к подобным катаклизмам. Изначально дома массовых серий - «хрущевки», «чешки» - строились с учетом возможных аварий.
- Например, первые панельные дома в столичном массиве Оболонь, расположенные на набережной Днепра, возводились таким образом, чтобы - в случае аварии на дамбе Киевского водохранилища - они выступили как волнорезы.
Отдельные массивы «хрущевок» в крупных городах возводились так, чтобы они «гасили» взрывную ударную волну, если бомба попадает в промышленное предприятие. В Крыму строились дома с использованием технологий повышенной сейсмостойкости. Особенно модно это стало после землетрясения в Ташкенте в 1966 году, разрушившем больше 30 тысяч домов и сооружений.
Однако большинство из домов упомянутых серий давно нуждаются в реконструкции, а то и сносе: они были рассчитаны на 20-30 лет эксплуатации, считает архитектор. Что же касается новостроек, то организованного контроля за их возведением государство не проводит, напоминает эксперт.

Ливень, который прошел в ночь с 15 на 16 июля, обесточил тысячи домов по всей Украине
Об этом сообщает пресс-служба МЧС Украины.
В частности, в Черкасской области обесточены 151 населенный пункт, 96 - в Одесской, 76 - в Киевской областях. Кроме того, обесточены населенные пункты в Полтавской, Николаевской, Кировоградской, Закарпатской, Львовской, Днепропетровской и Волынской областях.
Напомним, из-за непогоды 12 июля с.г. в Украине были обесточены 22 населенных пункта.

Адресную помощь киевлянам на оплату коммунальных услуг понизили
Как рассказал нам пенсионер Виктор Каменев, который живет на проспекте Королева, помощь от мэрии в октябре стала меньше для его семьи на 60 грн.
«За сентябрь за мою «трешку» насчитали 454 грн., с учетом адресной помощи нужно было заплатить 357 гривен. А в октябре, когда тарифы на отопление и горячую воду понизились, мне пришла квитанция на 397 гривен. Но заплатить мы должны почти 362 гривни. То есть тарифы понизили, а я плачу больше!» — говорит Виктор Васильевич.
В мэрии подтверждают, что снизили адресную помощь. «В октябре тарифы на отопление и горячую воду понизились до уровня майских. Адресная помощь предоставлялась на холодную, горячую воду и отопление с 1 июня, то есть после повышения тарифов на эти услуги, — объясняет нам руководитель Главного информационно-вычислительного центра Станислав Каплуненко.
— Но в связи с тем, что тарифы на горячую воду и отопление вернулись на прежний уровень, адресная помощь осталась только на холодную воду, сообщает Сегодня. Поскольку тарифы на нее невысокие, получается небольшой и помощь».
По его словам, адресная помощь получалась выше у тех, кто больше потреблял горячей воды и у кого квартира больше, поскольку отопление оплачивается по метражу.

Черновецкого хотят привлечь к ответственности за прогулы
Об этом ЛІГАБізнесІнформ сообщили в пресс-службе Блока.
По словам партийцев, Л.Черновецкий нарушает не только регламент Киевского городского совета, но и нормы закона "О местном самоуправлении в Украине", в соответствии с которым именно городской голова созывает и проводит заседания горсовета.
Они также отметили, что причин для отсутствия Л.Черновецкого на заседании может быть только три: отпуск, больничный или в командировка. "Мы знаем, что мэр Киева любит отдыхать (только за прошлый год он шесть раз был в отпуске), но по состоянию на 25 марта 2010 года ни одна из этих причин не была озвучена", - подчеркнули в Блоке.
Партийцы настаивают на том, что устные указания городского головы, которые озвучивает секретарь Киевсовета Олесь Довгий, не дают ему права вести заседания.
Кроме того, по их словам, Л.Черновецкий не проводит личный прием граждан и не отвечает на депутатские запросы и обращения.
"Все эти нарушения Закона и регламента вообще ставят под сомнение легитимность решений, принятых Киевским городским советом в отсутствие мэра. Черновецкий должен перестать вести себя как двоечник, который не хочет ходить в школу - хватит уже прогуливать заседания Киевсовета!", - отметили в Блоке.
Партийцы также требуют от мэра публично обнародовать срочный план действий по исправлению критической ситуации в столице и немедленно вынести его на заседание Киевсовета.

REST PERIODS: 30-45 secs
ROUNDS: 2-3
With this type of weight training workout, you can see that each exercise is either a multi joint or core exercise. By focusing on the multi joint exercises, you spend more time working more muscles. The more muscle you use, the more calories you will burn, and the more fat you will lose.
Weight training for fat loss really does not have any negatives when you do it correctly. It makes you stronger, increases your metabolism, burns more calories, and the list can go on!
TIP #2: Do weight training before you do interval training cardio.
Instead of doing your weight training for fat loss after doing 30 minutes at the same speed on a cardio machine, lets change it up a little bit.
You are going to do your weight training for fat loss at the very beginning of your workout after a proper warmup (5-10 mins on a cardio machine).
If you do your exercise after you do a long time on a cardio machine, you will have already used a lot of the energy that you need to work your muscles the way you need to!
So warmup, then do weights, then try doing some interval training.
Interval training is a great addition to a weight loss loss routine. It basically consists of going back and forth between high and low intensities for preset amounts of time.
For example, you might go 2 minutes slow and then 1 minute fast on an elliptical. Then, repeat that 2-1 round 3-6 times. In order to make it work, you really need to push yourself in that intense minute!
Interval training is a great part of a comprehensive weight training program, but be sure to check with a doctor first. If you are deconditioned then you want to make sure you are physically able to do it safely in the beginning!
So in conclusion, fitness combined with interval training 2-3 times per week is the perfect formula for doing a great exercise routine in a time efficient manner.

High Blood Pressure Causes
According to the American Heart Association's website one in three adults has high blood pressure but only 78.7 percent of them were aware of their condition.
The website went on to point out that even though many times the cause of hypertension isn't known, it is easily detected and usually controllable. Note that they said easily detectable, that is if you go to a doctor or health clinic and have your blood pressure checked.
You could be one of the 73.6 million people in the United States age 20 and older that have high blood pressure. One of the most alarming and dangerous things about hypertension, is that initially there are often few or no symptoms. In fact, it can be difficult, if not impossible to know that you have it unless you make regular routine visits to your doctor. If you can't make it to your doctor go to the health clinic in your neighborhood.
These visits are extremely important, because hypertension can lead to all types of very serious and life threatening complications. It can worsen diabetes sometimes, but even more commonly, can put you at risk of heart disease or stroke. Although I have heard conflicting reports, I believe that my father was in denial about his high blood pressure for years before it finally caught up to him, causing him a severe stroke. His stoke nearly crippled him and caused him to live in pain for the last ten years of his life. This is why you need to get your medical checkup. Because, even though it is dangerous, the common causes of hypertension are easily treated.
One of the most common causes is excessive salt consumption. Some people have high sensitivity to sodium (salt), and their blood pressure goes up when they use salt. When these people reduce their sodium intake it goes down. According to many experts, taking in too much salt is common among Americans. It is estimated that we consume 10 to 15 times more salt than we need.
Diets of fast and processed foods contain particularly high amounts of sodium. To reduce your sodium intake levels read labels carefully to find out how much sodium is contained in food items and then avoid those with high sodium levels. Although this is only one of the high blood pressure causes for certain salt sensitive people, it can't hurt to decrease your salt consumption, and may help prevent your risk of heart attack.
Even more common among causes of hypertension is obesity. Obesity is defined as having a body mass index (BMI) greater than 30 kg/m2. It is very closely related to high blood pressure. Obesity causes hypertension because it puts a strain on your circulatory system. This means that your heart has to work harder to pump blood, resulting in higher pressure in your veins and arteries.
Medical professionals strongly recommend that all obese people with high blood pressure lose weight until they are within 15% of their healthy body weight. This leads to the next cause, the lack of exercise. When you don't do cardiovascular exercise your heart atrophies. This means that it needs to pump harder to circulate your blood. Using exercise to lose weight, you can treat both of these causes at once.
Be careful what drugs you put in your body. Certain drugs, such as amphetamines (stimulants), diet pills, and some pills used for cold and allergy symptoms, tend to raise blood pressure. Also, people that drink too much alcohol have a tendency to develop hypertension. For those that are sensitive to alcohol, drinking more than one to two drinks of alcohol per day tends to raise their blood pressure.
Some causes are not so easily treatable. For example, it appears that there is a genetic component, that make some people simply more prone. Along with this, there is a process called arteriosclerosis, or hardening of the arteries, which can occur with age.
Diabetes, which can be treated through diet and exercise, but not necessarily completely eliminated, is another one of the causes which can't completely be improved through conscientious treatment.
So the facts remain that you can reduce your chance of high blood pressure by getting your checkup, exercising, and eating right. Start today. You owe it to yourself and your loved ones.

Protecting Your Heart With Stress Relief

The study also revealed that the mice that did not have RSG2 gene had no effect of sildanefil on heart.
The experiments to study the effects of RSG2 to prevent heart's enlargement have been going on for about three years now and now more recent experiments are focused to determine the combined effects of sildanefil and RSG2 on preventing heart from enlarging.
The establishment of the fact through these researches about the RSG2 genes in the heart that prevents its hypertrophy, the scientists can now develop better therapies by including ARB or sildanefil to prevent people from going into heart failure.
Currently the doctors use ARB inhibitor and the ACE inhibitor to block the Gq signals, as these medicines block the effects of Gq signals by allowing them to relax and breaks the constrictive effects that causes the increased blood pressure.
The researchers mentioned that pulmonary hypertension affects the right ventricle of the heart and that results in hypertrophy of heart muscles. They found that the phosphodiesterase 5 is expressed in the heart muscles of the right ventricle and sildanefil works to block that and also improve the performance of the muscles in the right ventricle, in the hypertrophied heart.
Thus sildanefil not only prevents pulmonary hypertension but also improves the pumping ability of the right heart that pumps the blood into the left atrium from where the blood is pumped into the left ventricle and then into the arterial tree.
